GHAZIABAD: Chief minister Yogi Adityanath on Monday held one of the biggest meetings of BJP in Ghaziabad in recent months which saw MPs, MLAs and ministers in his cabinet, apart from the office-bearers from 19 western UP districts attending it. The meeting was reportedly convened to draw a fresh strategy for the party in the wake of BJP’s humiliating defeats in the bypolls in Kairana, Phulpur and in Yogi’s citadel Gorakhpur.Addressing media persons after the meeting, Yogi Adityanath lauded the Ghaziabad Municipal Corporation for its swachh bharat ranking. He also listed his government’s achievements. “We have re-started three sugarcane mills in the western UP districts while two more have been revamped,” he added.Jewar MLA Dhirendra Singh said that in the wake of opposition joining hands, it is all the more important that the party and the government work hand-in-hand in propagating good work done by the government..
