Habitat center: High Court to hear traders’ plea on Monday

GHAZIABAD: The Indirapuram Habitat Centre (IHC), which was sealed by the GDA over the non-payment of Rs 49 crore dues by the developer, approached Allahabad high court on Saturday against the sealing . According to the centre’s general manager, the court accepted their plea and listed the case for Monday.Shopkeepers threatened to intensify their protest if the shops are not desealed. However, in the last three days we have lost Rs 8 crore and this is a huge loss. However, if it doesn’t happen, we will go on a hunger strike against the GDA to protest its decision,” said Anuj Mittal.
