GHAZIABAD: In an attempt to put pressure on builders to deliver flats to homebuyers at the earliest, Ghaziabad Development Authority GDA ) has decided not to clear maps of their ongoing projects. KDP MGI, another developer, which was supposed to deliver 234 flats is yet to construct even one flat. It was supposed to hand over 786 flats by August this year but so far has not delivered even a single one. Similarly, KDP Builders has constructed all 330 flats but is yet to give possession.
