GHAZIABAD: The Ghaziabad Development Authority is planning to spend around Rs 150 crore on building flats in Tulsi Niketan after razing the existing ones, which are in a dilapidated condition.The Authority plans to use 50% of the total area for constructing new flats while the rest will be used for developing group housing societies. In the meeting, we shared with them our plan of building 2,000-odd LIG or EWS flats on 50% of the land.
