Angry cops: DGP blames police brutality on ‘defects in training’

PANAJI: Taking cognizance of Monday’s incident wherein police personnel allegedly assaulted a member of the public, director general of police (DGP) Muktesh Chander said that there must be some “defect in the training” of “short-tempered police personnel”.
