Panaji : The Global Goans Art Club will hold the first ever online art contest for all Goans residing all over the world. The GlobalGoans Art club is an initiative started by Rene Barreto who is also the founder of the World Goa Day initiative. The idea of the first ever online Goan Art Festival then took shape with few more members.
