Panaji : PWD minister Deepak Pauskar said the government of Goa is capable of providing 16000 ltr water to each household in Goa and from 1st September each household will get free 16000 ltr water. While speaking to the press he said nineteen lakh people live in Goa and under this scheme three lakh eighteen thousand people will be benefited. Pauskar said there is plenty of water in Goa and that currently Goa needs 600 MLD treated water. “As of now 530 MLD water is treated we need to treat 70 litres more. in coming 7to 8 months we will be able to produce 600 MLD water” said Pauskar..
