Panaji: The election commission of India, New Delhi, issued Aam Aadmi Party national convener and Delhi chief minister Arvind Kejriwal a notice following an online complaint by the BJP and forwarded by the chief election officer, Goa, alleging that he deliberately instigated the public to accept bribes for votes during his speech on January 8 at Mapusa.
