The move followed orders of Punjab and Haryana high court on Wednesday.On Thursday morning, different teams of the MC engineering department, Chandigarh went to each parking lot and handed over possession of the lots to company representatives after completing paperwork.From Thursday, commuters started paying the previous amount, Rs 10 for two-wheelers and Rs 20 for four-wheelers to the company.Sources in the MC said different teams of the MC engineering wing are in place to check anomalies inside paid parking lots..
