2 Mohali women booked for duping Ambala man

AMBALA: Baldev Nagar police have registered a case against two persons for duping a resident of Ambala of Rs 8.60 lakh on the pretext of sending him abroad on study visa. After the first complaint, a Baldev Nagar police team called both the parties to talk. The accused have been identified as Samanpreet Kaur (alias Manpreet) and Jasbir Kaur of Fair Way Consultants in Sector 70 of Mohali.The complainant, Gurmeet Singh, said on January 29 he told cops that Samanpreet and Jasbir had duped his son, Manpreet, of Rs 8.60 lakh.
