AMBALA: The crime branch team of the district has managed to arrest the main conspirator of Randhir Singh's murder. "Earlier one accused Rajwinder, alias Annu, a resident of village Mahuwa Kheri was also arrested by the district police on May 26. Randhir, 40, a resident Mahuwa Kheri village, was shot dead by a group of assailants on May 13 at village Nakhrauli when he was on the way to his house.
