GURUGRAM: The supply of piped natural gas ( PNG ) to 150 homes in Sector 14 was disrupted for nearly eight hours due to digging carried out by the discom working on a ‘smart grid’ project on Thursday. Some residents claimed that there was no supply till Friday afternoon.Haryana City Gas (HCG), which runs PNG services, confirmed that its lines were damaged by DHBVN contractors while digging. An official with HCG said, “The disruption occurred at 6pm on Thursday and continued till 2.30am on Friday but we have fixed the problem.
