HISAR: A court in Hisar on Wednesday sentenced a juvenile to 20 years in prison for rape, torture and murder of a six-year-old girl and directed him to pay Rs 80,000 as fine. They alleged the government had paid only Rs 4.12 lakh and had not built a house for them as promised. The juvenile was also put through a narco analysis test, brain mapping and polygraph test.The convict will be shifted to a jail when he turns 21 years old.
