GURUGRAM: The health department on Wednesday confirmed diphtheria to be the cause of death of a five-year-old girl, who died on September 11 in her native village of Dayalpur in Uttar Pradesh . According to Nazneen’s parents, the girl stayed with her grandparents in Dayalpur village in UP, while they resided in Badshapur. Nazneen (5) had fallen ill on August 30 after she had come to the city to visit her parents.
