Gurgaon: A 45-year-old man has been arrested for allegedly stabbing his wife after an argument over property in Laxman Vihar on Thursday afternoon.According to the police, Chhatarpal Singh and his wife, Amarjeet Kaur (40), were married in 1998 and have two children — 19-year-old daughter and 14-year-old son. Doctors treating Amarjeet at the Civil Hospital said she suffered four stab wounds and her condition is now stable. Neighbours heard Amarjeet screaming in anger and when they came to enquire saw the couple fighting. Due to some differences, the couple have been living separately for the past three years.
