He also demanded to deposit an amount of Rs 3,100 for generating the gate pass of the car. I deposited Rs 3,100 to the account of the accused. Kumar is an assistant loco-pilot posted at Ambala Cantonment station.As per information, Kumar came in contact with a person after seeing online advertisements on OLX for the want of a four-wheeler.
