AMBALA: The crime investigation agency ( CIA )-1 team of the district police has solved five cases with the arrests of two accused identified as Virender Pal Singh alias Himanshu, a resident of Housing Board Colony, Ambala City and Gurjeet Singh alias Bunty, a resident of Durga Nagar, Ambala.The cops said that with the arrests of these accused, they had managed to solve three cases of snatching and two vehicle thefts committed in different areas of Ambala.As per information, both the accused were arrested by the CIA-1 on Monday and after completion of their interrogation, they were presented before the court on Wednesday which has now sent them to judicial custody.CIA-1, Ambala in-charge, inspector Sandeep Kumar said, “Both the arrested accused were on a spree of committing crimes like vehicle thefts and snatching for fulfilling their need of drugs..
