Audit, tag trees to retain green cover in DLF areas: Residents

RWA members have written to the district town planner to revive the building plan in the four DLF areas and have asked the MCG to carry out a tree audit and tag the trees in the area.“Most residents cut trees without obtaining any permission from the authority. Gurgaon: To save the green cover in DLF , residents of phases 1 to 4 have requested the authorities to carry out a tree audit and not allow felling of trees in the area.The residents alleged that more than 250 trees have been felled in the area over the last six months.
