HISAR: Hisar police on Monday booked a farmer in the case where a toddler had fallen into open borewell in Balsamand village of Hisar on Wednesday. Nadeem was safely evacuated on March 22 with the help of the district administration, Army and NDRF team and the villagers and is undergoing treatment.
