GUWAHATI: Chief minister Sarbananda Sonowal said the state government would set up an institution of national repute here to promote and popularize the thoughts of Bhimrao Ambedkar , the principal architect of the Constitution.The chief minister said the proposed institution would undertake research on the works of Ambedkar and initiate programmes for meritorious students belonging to the SC category.
