According to ASDMA (Assam State Disaster Management Authority), Kamrup (M), 13 villages in Sonapur Revenue Circle, 19 villages in Chandrapur Revenue Circle and two villages Dispur Revenue Circle have been under water. A population of 66,854, including 40,000 in Sonapur Revenue Circle, 21,254 in Chandrapur Revenue Circle and 5,600 in Azara Revenue Circle have been affected.
