STAFF REPORTERGUWAHATI: With 22 embankments already breached in this year's second spate of floods, the State Water Resources Department is gearing up to tackle the situation for the remaining portion of the monsoon season. Official sources said that 29 embankments were breached during the last year. The original budgetary allocation for the department during 2019-20 is Rs 125 crore under Flood Management Programme (FMP).
