STAFF REPORTERGUWAHATI: The Pratibandi Suraksha Sangstha, Assam (PSSA) insisted that the number of vacant positions reserved for the PWD (Persons with disabilities) in various departments under the state government should be provided to the police recruitment board within a week. A delegates meeting was organized on Wednesday, where the decision to provide the list of vacant positions reserved for the PWD in various departments under the state government to the police recruitment board was taken. PSSA Secretary Nripen Malakar said, “The CM has on various occasions talked about his contribution towards the aid of the PWD. As such, we hold the demand that within a week, the rest 514 positions are appointed”, said Malakar.
