STAFF REPORTERGUWAHATI: The BJP Assam Pradesh is now making a strategy for contesting the by-elections in the four Assembly constituencies of Sonari, Rangapara, Jania and Ratabari. Although the by-election dates are yet to be announced, State BJP has started preparations on full steam. State BJP president Ranjit Kumar Das, while addressing the press on Monday said that strategies were discussed in the meeting to ensure victory for the by-elections. 25 candidates have applied for Sonari, 11 for Rangapara, 9 for Ratabari, and the highest was 34 candidates for Jania.
