STAFF REPORTERGUWAHATI: The Asom Songrami Mancha (ASM) demanded that the Street Vendors Act be implemented at the earliest. The Assam government passed the Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) Act, on March 5, 2014.
