Addressing the media at the Guwahati Press Club on Friday Abdul Khaleque said, “It's not logical to harass the same people for verifying their identity after being identified by the Supreme Court. From my perspective the final NRC is a historic document that we've received, it's a scientific document. If anyone had problem with the cut off year, they should've appealed to the Supreme Court earlier.
