Staff ReporterGUWAHATI: Preparations for the election of the AXX (Axam Xahitya Xabha) president, vice president and the general secretary are going on in full swing. The election committee of the Xabha has sent ballot papers to all AXX branches, and they are supposed reach all destinations within a day or two. The committee has asked all AXX branches to send back all ballot papers by December 4 after the election. It also asked the branches that have not yet got ballot papers to inform it by November 20.
