GUWAHATI: In conjunction with World Diabetes Day on Thursday morning, HAYAT Hospital successfully held a Competitive Marathon run in the city. It is worth mentioning that the Theme of World Diabetes Day this year, 2019, is Family and Diabetes, meaning “Protect your Family”. The threat of diabetes worldwide has now also increased manifold in Assam. Hence, with an aim to promote awareness regarding Diabetes amongst the general mass, Hayat Hospital organized the Marathon Run Contest.
