Staff ReporterGUWAHATI: The fourth Dwijing Festival is going to start from December 27, 2019 and continue till January 7, 2020 in the bank of Aie river in Chirang district, near Bongaigaon. Later in 2017-18, the name was changed to “Dwijing” meaning “RIVER BANK” transforming the event into an annual river festival. Since its inception in 2016, Dwijing Festival was primarily aimed at showcasing indigenous talent as well as employment avenues for them.
