GUWAHATI: Chief Minister Sarbananda Sonowal presented Bir Chilarai Award to veteran athlete and Arjuna awardee Bhogeswar Baruah during the celebration of Bir Chilarai Divas at ITI playground in Bongaigaon on Sunday.
