Mission Soulful Sivasagar starts Project Pakhila for differently abled students

STAFF REPORTERGUWAHATI: Under the umbrella of Mission Soulful Sivasagar, the district administration has introduced 'Project Pakhila', which aims to provide a platform to the differently-abled students. Project Pakhila was inaugurated on Tuesday by showcasing the paintings of an 8-year-old differently-abled girl named Akhtara. Addressing the media Sivasagar DC Lakshmi Priya said, “We have been taking various projects under the Mission Soulful Sivasagar. Hence, Project Pakhila aims at identifying the talents of differently-abled students and facilitating them in carrying their talents.
