Staff ReporterGUWAHATI: The Report of the High-Level Committee (HLC) on Clause 6 of the Assam Accord is safe with the Assam Accord Implementation Department. While the department is confused over the handing over of the report, another source claimed that Chief Minister Sarbananda Sonowal is going to receive the report on behalf of the MHA (Ministry of Home Affair). However, till filing of this report, there has been no official confirmation on the Chief Minister receiving the Report.
