STAFF REPORTERGUWAHATI: DTO enforcement on Friday seized 11 city buses and has realized Rs. 11,500 fine during inspections against unruly city buses and other passenger-carrying vehicles in Guwahati. According to sources, 12 enforcement teams have been formed to conduct the operations and they will conduct the drive from 9 am to 12 pm and 5 pm to 8 pm.
