Staff ReporterGUWAHATI: For a section of people in Guwahati, all announcements made by the Central and the State governments in maintaining social distancing seems to be a sick joke. There are people who come out to the roads in Guwahati in hordes for one or the other pretexts only to get punished by the patrolling police personnel. As though all the announcements made on social distancing, including lockdown, are jokes for them. On the first day of the lockdown on Wednesday, as many as six people have been arrested in three different cases for the violation of the lockdown.
