GUWAHATI: After District Admin decided to shut veg selling zones in Guwahati after people violated social distancing rule, the government has announced that throughout Assam only grocery shops and pharmacy shops will be open. Meat and fish shops will be shut. After review the situation on April 1, it will be decided if meat and fish shops can be open. Also arrangements have been put in place where vegetables and other requirements can be delivered to people at their doorstep.
