STAFF REPORTERGUWAHATI: A female journalist named Dimpi Baishya (22) lost her life in an accident, in Guwahati on Monday. According to sources Baishya lost control of her scooter and rammed into an electric post in Sundarpur area. She was heading to her residence in Beltola from her office and her colleague was riding pillion, who sustained injuries. Chief Minister Sarbananda Sonowal, Guwahati Press Club, Assam Press Correspondents' Union (APCU), Young Journalists Forum expressed grief for her sudden demise.
