STAFF REPORTERGUWAHATI: As per the appeal made by the Kamrup (M) District Administration different NGOs have come out to help the newspaper hawkers in the city. The NGOs are distributing relief materials that include essential goods to the paper hawkers. As per the report around 700 paper hawkers will be benefitted with this initiative. The NGOs are distributing the aids on an area basis and soon it will cover almost all the hawkers of the city.
