The Government decided to fill 8,792 posts through the Teachers Recruitment Test (TRT) to be conducted by the Telangana State Public Service Commission (TSPSC). Of the total posts, 5,415 are those of Secondary Grade Teacher (SGT) and 1,941 are School Assistant (SA). The maximum applications of 1.44 lakh have come for SA posts, while for the SGT posts, only 89,000 candidates have applied. For the SA posts, candidates from Nalgonda district are the highest.
