Ramachandran directed the officials to take it up as model colony incorporating the latest technology. The GHMC has taken up construction of 6,264 2BHK houses under the poor people’s housing programme at Rampally of Keesara mandal, in Medchal district. Spread over an area of 41 acres, the houses will be constructed in 52 blocks of stilt-plus-10-storied buildings with parking.
