Hyderabad: The case of 90 acre Waqf land of Eidgah Guttala Begumpet is pending with the High Court, however, unauthorized constructions continue on the land thus violating court orders. It must be noted that Telangana Waqf Board had issued gazette notification claiming ownership of the land. After the issuance of notification and its publication in the government gazette, illegal occupants approached High Court.
