Sarthak Rao Babras (38) from Port Blair in Andaman and Nicobar Islands was arrested by the Gopalapuram police on the basis of a complaint lodged by a jewellery shop owner accusing him of cheating. Babras was arrested by the crime branch staff of Gopalpuram while coming out of Secunderabad Railway Station on Tuesday. When the delivery boy met the latter, he diverted his attention and fled with the gold ornaments,” said North Zone DCP B.
