HYDERABAD: Telangana IT minister KT Rama Rao filed his nomination papers from the Sircilla constituency on Monday, the last day of filing of nominations for the upcoming assembly elections.In the 2014 elections, KTR had won from the seat by 53,000 votes having secured 92,135 votes.
