Chandrashekhar Rao has stated that it was only when the villages are developed, the State and the country would develop and as such one should concentrate on the development of villages. The CM said that by effectively implementing new Panchayat Raj Act, the overall picture of the villages must be changed and bettered. The CM will deliver the inaugural address and make suggestions on the action plan for the development of villages. The CM said, that, immediately after the conduct of Village Panchayat Raj elections programmes concerning to greenery in the villages and sanitation as well as environmental cleanliness must be stepped up.
