Hyderabad: A Central Taskforce team arrested a state-level boxer-turned-chain snatcher for his involvement in six offences in Hyderabad and Rachakonda Commissionerates. The Police identified the offender as Kona Narsing Rao, 34, a resident of Shivasainagar of Uppuguda.
