Hyderabad: Municipal Administration Principal Secretary Arvind Kumar has asked his department officials to lay emphasis on increasing green cover on both sides of the Outer Ring Road. He also said heavy fines should be levied against those who dump trash and debris illegally on the sides of the ORR.
