Suresh, accused of setting woman Tehsildar Vijaya Reddy on fire, died at Osmania General Hospital (OGH) here Thursday, while undergoing treatment for burns which he sustained along with the victim. Suresh, who had suffered more than 60 percent burns, was declared dead by doctors at the Hospital. It may be recalled that Suresh went to tehsildar’s office at Abdullapurmet on November 4, poured petrol over her and set her on fire. After setting her on fire, Suresh rushed to the Police Station and surrendered to the police. He was then rushed to the Hospital for treatment..
