Maiden orientation programme for district level officers rolled out

more-inThe MCH HRD Institute of Telangana rolled out its first-of-its-kind ‘Reorientation and Capacity Building programme’ for district officers to enable them implement the government schemes and programmes and achieve envisaged results. Mr.Ravi, Consultant, Unicef, said the proposed District Knowledge and Information Centres would sterengthen district administration in improving quality of planning. Mr.B.P.Acharya called upon the District Officers to do the necessary home work to find out the felt need of people, formulate the right set of intervention strategies and ensure that their benefits would reach the needy people. The reorientation programme would generate a sense of motivation and commitment among the officers in achieving the desired benefits under the schemes, he said. The Samagra Kutumba Survey, a virtual goldmine of information, could be used by the officers both for improving quality of planning and implementation government schemes effectively..
