GUWAHATI: Houses were demolished under eviction drive carried out at Imphal's reserved forest land. A deadline notice was issued to them on April 21 and then on April 24 the eviction was carried out where the structures were demolished. Meanwhile, in a positive development, Imphal West in Manipur and Aizawl West in Mizoram have entered into the orange zone from the red zone category of the COVID-19 pandemic. Orange zone means in the last 14 days neither of the districts have reported any COVID positive cases.
