2 killed as loading jeep hits tree in MPrsquos Ujjain

INDORE: Two persons were killed when a loading vehicle they were carrying cattle on, collided head-on with a tree on the roadside on Barnagar road in Ujjain district on Friday.The accident took place in the morning when one Arjun babulal (23) and Jagdish (30) were moving towards Barnagar with seven calves from village Ghonsala, Mahakal police station SI GR Khatkiya told reporters.As the vehicle approached village Nalwa, the driver lost control and rammed it into a tree on the roadside, he said adding Arjun and Jagdish died on the spot.The bodies of the victims were trapped in the mangled remains of the vehicle and had to be removed after cutting the metal, Khatkiya said.Six of the seven heads of cattle being transported in the vehicle also died on the spot.The bodies of the victims were later identified by the family members..
