HC upholds death to 19-year-old for rape and murder of minor

Fifteen death sentences have been awarded this year in the state in cases of rape and murder of minors. The two other death sentences were ratified by the Gwalior bench and principal bench. This is the third death penalty to upheld by high court this year. However, the court dismissed the allegations and upheld the death sentence for Karan.On December 15, 2017, the four-year-old went missing while playing with her friends outside her house in Dhar district .
